  We cremated both my mother and father with Hoyt-Cognetta within three months of each other. I want to say that both Anthony and John were wonderful to us. It is such an indescribably hard thing to go through. They could not have been more sensitive and kind. We had some untraditional requests, as some of our family wanted to be there with my parents to honor them and celebrate them right up to the end. Anthony was sooo kind and understanding. He really got it and understood how much we cared. He was patient, accessible and professional. I don't know how we got so lucky, but all I can say is, thank you.
